Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Financial Policies
Esthetic and restorative dentistry is an excellent investment in an individuals well-being. We believe that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the treatment you desire. We provide a variety of payment options to our patients. All financial arrangements are confidential.

Insurance Accepted
Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly submit your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to our office. You are responsible for balances due at the time of service. Patients that are covered by Blue Cross/Blue Shield are unable to assign benefits to our office, however we will electronically file claims on your behalf.
